Charlotte Grimme, MBA, is President of G & G Consulting Services LLC, located near Pittsburgh, in Renfrew, PA. With extensive experience in recruiting, training, and managing large numbers of volunteers,she specializes in assisting non-profit organizations, political campaigns, and political action committees with their financial and organizational development needs.
Charlotte began her professional career as an accounting analyst at Westhinghouse Electric in Pittsburgh and later served as Senior Systems Analyst at Rockwell International, also in Pittsburgh.
Her dedicated interest in the compassionate treatment of animals led Charlotte to leave the private corporate sector to serve as Executive Director of the Butler County Humane Society, and later as Development Director of the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society, a position she created to assure continued support for the Society.
From 2003 to 2009 Charlotte served as Executive Director of the Animal Rescue League of Western Pennsylvania, significantly increasing donations from individuals, businesses, foundations, events and other sources,increasing the League's endowment ten-
fold from $500,000 to over $5,000,000. Notably, under Charlotte's leadership, donations continued to increase even as the recession grew worse!
Charlotte graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Sociology and later earned an MBA at Pitt with a concentration in accounting and finance. She continues to volunteer with numerous community groups.
